Retire by the Beach - Turnkey Opportunity

Hosting the AirBnb was a great time. Front access was through the door facing West on the front porch. While guests had access to the porch, we kept the backyard for us. The host side of the house consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a bedroom and office in the back of the house.
